Sorry but a program will be 100x cheaper…. PLEASE check out SPINRITE … it is very easy to use and it works!!!
If you have a virus or something, just back up your hardrive and Reinstall your operating system yourself. Not that hard. Just get another External hardrive and story your memory on it (called Backing up your hardrive) and then Take your xp or vista disk or whatever operating system you have and install it again.
