Best Data Recovery Utility?

I lost things like movies, music, program files, etc. Which program will recover them and put them back exactly where they were-the way they were? It’s built into windows. System restore will take your computer back to a certain time/date. Very simple to use, found in the control panel.
recuva, for restoring accidentally deleted files.

Start>All Programs>Accessories>System Tools>System Restore.
